Today I'll show you how to get a slimmer face by releasing toxins and fluid retention with a simple Chinese spoon massage.
You'll need massage oil or cream and a big Chinese spoon. Amazingly the Chinese soup spoon is the perfect shape for facial massage and you can pick this at any asian grocery store.
Okay! Let's start
It's important to know never massage your face for more than 10 minutes each session to ensure that you don't damage it. Your strokes should be quite firm but not painful, if you press too hard it may actually hurt your skin, so please apply enough pressure to feel the massage but it should not be painful.
Let's start with the cheeks. Apply the cream first and It's important you work against gravity lifting up your face and not pulling it down. Use the roundest part of the spoon and pull up from your chin to your ears. Make sure all your strokes are in an upward direction. With each stroke, lift the spoon away from your face and begin again on the bottom and stroke up, don't go back wards and forwards. Continue this on both sides of your face.
You can also use the side of your spoon as well for a flatter surface, some people prefer to use this method as it cover more area.
For your forehead area, you want to use upwards stroke as well. Using the same part of your upward strokes from one side to the other, you can repeat the full area a couple of times.
Now use the back of the spoon for the smaller areas. Use the end of your spoon to get in between your eyes and over your eyelids. Trust me this feel really great, especially if your eyes are tired. You can also use this part of the spoon for under your eye. Gently lift it up. Also for some reason the spoon just fits in perfectly in those curves. For your nose as well you can use the spoon and stroke down towards your cheeks. For your chin you can start from the curve of your neck and run the spoon up towards your chin. Do this all the way around your neck in upward motions.

To finish off the massage we need to release the toxins and fluids that we have built from from our face. We do this by using downward strokes from jawline. Remember these need to be downward strokes to move the fluid into our body to be flushed away.
Remember to repeat all these steps for couple of minute in each area and never to do more than 10 minutes. And we are done!
